Vision:

CHAWAKUA is motivated by a spirit of volunteerism and genuine partnerships. CHAWAKUA envisions Arusha as a region with improved poverty conditions for women and youth impacted by HIV/AIDS through access to information, high quality health, social and economic services.

Mission:

CHAWAKUA’S mission is to provide health, social and economic services to women and youth impacted and vulnerable to HIV/AIDS. We accomplish this by creating genuine partnerships to foster beneficiary involvement and innovative approaches to those in need.

Goals:

•	To reduce the spread of HIV/AIDS and STI’s among women and youth impacted by HIV/AIDS by 2009.
•	To improve the standard of living of women and youth impacted by HIV/AIDS by 2009.
•	To increase access to health service for women and youth impacted by HIV/AIDS by 2009.
