Vision:

CHAWAKUA is motivated by a spirit of volunteerism and genuine partnerships. CHAWAKUA envisions Arusha as a region with improved poverty conditions for women and youth impacted by HIV/AIDS through access to information, high quality health, social and economic services.

Mission:

CHAWAKUA’S mission is to provide health, social and economic services to women and youth impacted and vulnerable to HIV/AIDS. We accomplish this by creating genuine partnerships to foster beneficiary involvement and innovative approaches to those in need.

Goals:

•	To provide services in microfinancing, and education program, support to vulnerable women, and orphans of Arusha Region

Objectives:

To assist vulnerable women, orphans, and youth in poverty eradication by creating an environment that provides resources for the enablement of reaching a higher socio-economic level.

CHAWAKUA is orienting vulnerable women and HIV/AIDS infected women on entrepreneurship skills so that they can hire themselves and make a difference in the lives of women and children impacted and vulnerable to HIV/AIDS. After the training CHAWAKUA often helps them to come up with their business plan and later give loans in order to initiates small business. However CHAWAKUA support orphans in their education needs and continued to raise awareness on HIV/AIDS, STI, and ASRH.
